About El Chorrillo

El Chorrillo comprises of the owners villa, and three private, detached houses. The villa has a large roof terrace, which has long views all round, to the Atlantic, Cape Trafalgar, the Sierra de Bermeja, Grazalema, Medina Sidonia and beyond.

The main villa

Although the villa is the property owners accommodation, and is not usually available for letting, an overview of it is available on this site for your interest and information.

The Houses for rent

The houses vary in design, but all are fully furnished and are complete with fully-equipped kitchens, including electric oven and gas hob, wood-burning stoves, fans, washing machines, satellite TV's. DVD players, and cassette music players, and are tiled throughout, with insulated roofs and floors.

Water, from our own borehole, is heated by gas heaters. A cot for small children is available on prior request.

Information

An information pack is supplied in each house, giving information about how things in the house work, plus further details of the district, including places to shop, eat and do in the area, maps, and brochures of many local attractions.

Outside

Each house has two private patios (including a shaded area), a portable barbecue and private gardens with garden furniture. There is plenty of shaded parking space for cars.

Our Wellness Area

For the relaxation of our guests we offer a 10 meter x 5 meter swimming pool, a whirlpool, a sauna and a Porche with Summer Kitchen shared by all the houses, complete with large patio areas, for all to sit and relax, in sun or in shade. From the complete Wellness area you have a sensational view to the surrounded hills and valleys and to the town Vejer.
